This is the privacy policy for slow-tard.com. I'm Jalin, and I run this site as AD4K. If you have a question about any of this, email jalin@slow-tard.com.
What gets collected
The email address you type into the quiz, and which kind of medication you picked on the first question: stimulant, antidepressant, both, something else, or none. It's saved so the emails you get fit your medication.
If you tick the optional second box, also your answers about energy, sleep, focus, feeling flat, and your medication wearing off, and which result you got. These help me understand what people on each kind of medication are dealing with, and fit your emails to it.
MailerLite, the service that sends the emails, also records when you signed up, your IP address at the time of signup, and whether you open or click the emails it sends.
What does not get collected
Your answers to the mood questions (feeling down, or worry running the show) and the question about your childhood never leave your browser. If you don't tick the optional box, none of your other answers or your result leave it either.
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts or advertising pixels. Netlify, which hosts the site, counts visits from its server logs: which pages were loaded, which site sent the visit, and roughly how many people came. I only ever see those totals, never who you are.
Why your email is collected
To send you the emails you signed up for, and occasional emails about AD4K, the paid workbook, and the paid community.
Your email is never sold and never shared for advertising.
Who else touches it
MailerLite stores the email list on my behalf. Netlify hosts the site, keeps standard server logs, and uses them to count visits for me. The fonts and code are served from this site, so no other server sees your visit. If you click through to Skool, Skool's own privacy policy applies from that point on.
Your choices
If you click a choice in one of our emails, like which medication you're on, that click can put you in a group so you only get emails that fit. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can unsubscribe any time. If you want your data deleted entirely, email jalin@slow-tard.com and it will be removed from MailerLite within 45 days.
Your health data
Which medication you're on, and how it affects your energy, sleep and focus, is health information. Here is exactly what happens to it.
- What: the kind of medication you picked, and only if you tick the optional box, your other quiz answers and your result. Never the mood questions or the childhood question.
- Why: to fit the emails to your medication, and to understand what people on each kind of medication deal with so I can make better content and products.
- Where it comes from: only from you, through the quiz.
- Who gets it: MailerLite stores it for me. It is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never handed to anyone else.
- Your rights: you can ask what I hold about you, ask me to delete it, or withdraw your consent, by emailing jalin@slow-tard.com. I'll act on it within 45 days, and it costs you nothing.
For EU and UK visitors
The legal basis for collecting your email and your health information is the explicit consent you give by ticking the boxes. You can ask for access to your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
